Artischocken mit Zwiebeldip
Ein sehr schneller einfacher Dip (nicht nur) zu Artischocken. Artischocken gedeihen entgegen dem, was ich gehört habe, zumindest bei uns sehr gut. Wichtig ist nur, die Pflanzen im Herbst zu ziehen und am Besten im Dezember rauszusetzen, da die Jungpflanzen die trockene Hitze nicht gut vertragen. So können sie im Winter gut anwachsen und tiefe Wurzeln bilden bis zum Sommer.
Rezept:
Artischocken kochen bis der Strunk weich ist (ca. 20 Minuten)
Dip:
1 Zwiebel
Olivenöl
Balsamico Essig
Salz
Pfeffer
Zwiebel zerkleinern und mit den restlichen Zutaten mischen. Mindestens 2 Stunden ziehen lassen.
Arbeitsdauer:
5 Minuten mit Gemüsehäcksler, ohne etwas länger
